Chops Academy is committed to including every interested, otherwise eligible student, regardless of their family's ability to meet the camp fee.

If you can afford the camp fee, we ask that you pay it. If you cannot afford the camp fee, please submit a request for a fee waiver below.

We do not waive the camp fee for any reason other than financial need.

Step 1

If you've previously registered for a program through Upper Merion Township, such as Adventure Day Camp or the Consortium for the Arts, you already have a Community Pass account. No need to create another one.

By submitting this request, I certify that the camp fee represents a genuine financial hardship for my household and that my child would be unable to attend without a waiver. I affirm that this reflects a true inability to pay rather than a matter of convenience, and I make this request in good faith. I understand that waivers are funded by resources reserved for families with demonstrated financial need, including those who qualify for free or reduced-price school meals.
